Is that generally a good idea, *lightbulb goes on* to see what needs to be
pkg_del'ed from ones FreeBSD box before upgrading?

How do I find out which ${PACKAGESITE} the usual "pkg_add" uses?

Is kdm to kde what xdm is to (errr) just a plain, default XFree install?
Does gnome use gdm?  Or am I talking out my butt-dm...?  :)
