	A happy new year!  We got the very first KAME SNAP kit for 1999.

	Key changes:
	- ucd-snmp is updated to 3.5.3.
	- NEW: IPsec-only (without IPv6) KAME kit for FreeBSD 3.0-RELEASE.
	  Please test it and report troubles/bugs if any, to our GNATS bug
	  tracking system.

	KAME/FreeBSD 3.0-RELEASE is under final preparations.  Enjoy!

	Now a packet whose protocol is IPPROTO_NONE can safely be passed
