Web Polygraph[1] supports IPv6 addresses[2].

Polygraph is designed to test HTTP intermediaries (including L4-7
routers) and does not work on a packet level. Thus, hopefully, it is
not the best tool available for low-level IPv6 router testing. On the
other hand, it can generate [a lot of] realistic L7 traffic for your
tests and can be configured to create DoS or DDoS attack conditions
(which justifies this selfish plug).

HTH,

Alex.
