According to gdb it is /usr/lib:

marder-1# gdb /usr/local/netscape-4.61/netscape ./netscape.core
[....]
Core was generated by `netscape'.
Program terminated with signal 11, Segmentation fault.
/usr/lib/libstdc++.so.27: No such file or directory.
