It should be pretty straight forward.

cd /usr/ports/www/apache22
make all install clean WITH_FULLBUILD=yes

LoadModule dav_module libexec/apache22/mod_dav.so
LoadModule dav_fs_module libexec/apache22/mod_dav_fs.so

Then you just need a Location block.
