There is a message showing on the system console:

fixlabel: raw partition offset != slice offset

The system appears normal but I am feeling a little bit worried. Should I
do something to amend the problem? If yes, then how?

I recently rebuild the /var partition because INN had crashed it. I
mounted the live file system and basically 'pax' it.
