The palm/plucker port fails to build when latex2html is installed.  The
configure script detects its presense and tries to re-build the docs
from tex files that don't exist in the distribution file.  The fix
below modifies the configuration options such that it doesn't try to
build the docs and doesn't try to build the palm application.

I am the maintainer of this port.
