This is due to the arp-v2 commit. The RTF_LLINFO flag is obsolete
and has been removed. I will fix it.

after i have read in UPDATING i found:
20081214:
__FreeBSD_version 800059 incorporates the new arp-v2 rewrite.
RTF_CLONING, RTF_LLINFO and RTF_WASCLONED flags are eliminated.
