kargl[205] ls /sys/gnu/dev/sound/pci
csaimg.h*  emu10k1-ac97.h  emu10k1.h  maestro3_dsp.h  maestro3_reg.h

The maestro3 driver is in the tree and is covered by the GPL
for the same reasons that David will need to GPL the FreeBSD
version of the nForce driver.
