Hi can someone please assist me in the following: After having bought a book by Greg Leahy, i attempted to install it on an intel machine. Tryed to setup the graphical interface. Installation completed. I was able to log on as root. 1. How can i test to see if the overall instal is correct ? 2. The graphical interface does not show up. How to check & get this working ? 3. How to add nic ? 4. How to setup JDK 2 ? I believe there is a port for it.
