It appears SOMETHING broke /usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/binutils/strip for building. SOMETHING needs to define HAVE_UTIMES or HAVE_GOOD_UTIME_H in order for objcopy.c to compile. This is going from 4.0-RELEASE to 4.0-STABLE yesterday and today. Can someone look at it? Thanks!
