It appears SOMETHING broke /usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/binutils/strip for building.

SOMETHING needs to define HAVE_UTIMES or HAVE_GOOD_UTIME_H in order
for objcopy.c to compile. 

This is going from 4.0-RELEASE to 4.0-STABLE yesterday and today. 

Can someone look at it?
