Subject: conf/63527 - [patch] [locale] ja_JP: AM/PM date format should be localized.

Hello Yukihiro-san,

I am going through a lot of orphaned parts of the FreeBSD system
and one of them is in relation to src/share/timedef. You have
submitted a PR in which you provide localization patches for the
AM/PM notation in ja_JP.SJIS.src and ja_JP.eucJP.src. Is there a
chance you can provide a patch for ja_JP.UTF-8.src too?

If I don't hear from you I will commit it without the ja_JP.UTF-8
part later this week.

Thanks for your support,
