MS Networking isn't supported by the installer.  use your link to copy the
files into c:\freebsd\*, then try doing a DOS install.

THe CD needs to be under /pub/FreeBSD/x.x.x-RELEASE.

Existing FS means you have an existing UNIX file system to pull from.
