Does the MLINK actually get installed correctly in this case?
I don't think we have any other man pages that do cross-section
links like this.  Does it "whatis malloc.conf" report the correct 
thing?  If I remember right, cross-section links like this cause problems.

Also, the malloc(3) man page does not include malloc.conf in its name
section, so that is an mdoc style violation.

I think this commit is a bad idea.  There should be a real malloc.conf.5
man page instead.
