/usr/include/X11 should be a symlink to /usr/X11R6/include.  If lib/X11 is
munged, though, that is not good since all of the system configuration
information is in there.  I would suggest wiping & reinstalling to clean
up the mess, it's too hard to try and reconstruct that heirarchy.
