You have the choice of no protocol on the B-channel (isdnd.rc: b1protocol =
raw) or HDLC on the B-channel (isdnd.rc: b1protocol = hdlc).

The settings in your isdnd.rc and the protocol requested by the incoming
call do not match (or there is a bug in i4b).
