I just switched here to cvsup9.freebsd.org. I am in Montreal Canada, on
UUnet's network, and it's incredibly fast for me:

10 209.181.243.21 (209.181.243.21) 38.373 ms 39.691 ms 38.022 ms (0%
loss)

Just as fast downloading too, I'm quite thrilled. This is by far the best
CVSup mirror I have come across for me. :)
