Hi again, While I'm in the mood to ask questions here'a another. I am trying to get a screen saver to run after an arbitary number of minutes of inactivity on my X terminal. To achive this I have installed from the ports x11/autolock, x11/xlock & x11/xscreensaver and have placed the following in my $HOME/.xinitrc file xautolock -locker "xlock -mode matrix" & but nothing happens. I can run the "xlock -mode matrix" manually and all works fine but it refused to run automatically, I get nothing, nada. No log messages anywhere that I can find. I would apreciate a pointer or two. Thanks for your time. David. To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
