WITH_GCC 4.2 & 4.6.3

Python build finished, but the necessary bits to build these modules
were not found:
spwd
To find the necessary bits, look in setup.py in detect_modules() for
the module's name.

_dbm

It's disabled by patch-setup.py, but not removed from
lang/python33/pkg-plist

Earlier versions (to mid of 2012) didn't have such issue.
