Subject: error rebuilding kernel

I am trying to rebuild the kernel with source
from ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/FreeBSD-current/src/sys
All the configuration files, GENERIC, LINT, and mine
(RENMINBI) produce an error: making the dependencies
after config finds that these header files do not exist:

ioconf.h
opt_rlimit.h
opt_ktrace.h
opt.ddb.h
opt_sysvipc.h
opt_uconsole.h
opt_bounce.h
opt_staticfs.h

Are they supposed to be made by config or already exist somewhere?
Thanks for any help.

Here is my new config file:
