I'm using a Millenium II under the latest XFree, and even though I'm given
warnings about it being an "alpha quality" driver, it's yet to do anything
particularly strange or annoying.  And it's pretty darn fast.

Check www.xfree86.org for some configuration tips; it was a fairly easy
setup once I remembered where to put the "defaultcolordepth" tag...
