This completes the purging of userland shell scripts from the sys/
hierarchy. It also completes the purging of unwanted manual pages rom
the sys/ hierarchy; the sys/boot manual pages are not clearly unwanted.

To ensure that this change was not shot down for silly reasons, I did my
utmost to ensure that all arguments against it be addressed _before_ the
changes. This included modifying the linux_base port and ensuring that
the removal of linux(8) did not affect release installations or existing
users.

One argument was that the manual pages for these scripts were, in most
cases, the only manuals that suggested support for the associated system
features. As a result, I intended to supply replacement section 4
manuals where none existed.

The only case where I failed to supply a section 4 manual is ibcs2. I
have been unable to coax anyone into taking the linux(4) manual page and
using it as a template for an ibcs2(4) manual. I can't do this myself.

My feeling is that I've done due diligence. If this really pisses
anyone off, he or she is encouraged to remedy the situation by sending
me an ibcs2.4 for review. :-)

Ciao,
Sheldon.
