Confused too. Frankly, I don't see how this could be of interest to
non-americans (a majority). I'm getting tired of being bothered by the
legislative quirks coming from the US. Can't you separate this from the
global discussion, please?

PS - the whole point is, of course, why produce & ship software in/from the
US if it is so cumbersome...
