  Yes, I found 2 ways to get the problem away.

  1) Make the DOS partitiob smaller.
  2) Keep the DOS partition as it is now (in my case, 280mb) and use
     true OS/2 or DOS fdisk and format to re-partition and format to
     go over again to the DOS partition, you don't even have to change
     the size.

  I tried these 2 ways, all work, the BSD warning disppears.
