Hello Family, I have a Toshiba-1715xcds and it has a 6 gig drive and it doesn't lend itself to being opened like my other Toshiba-2130cs, I have a 20-gig drive and need to locate some instructions on how to "gracefully" open the case, anyone have any ideas ? Toshiba suggests a certified technician.
