Thanks, but it may have been nice to leave it to the original
committer to MFC (i.e. me).  I've got to do the work anyway,
i.e. remove it from my list of things to do here, delete it
from my MFC mailbox, etc - it's only been a couple of days,
which is the minimum required to MFC anyway.

Further to that you've not done anything with the PRs that
it referenced....

Please can you not MFC my commits without either waiting
a sensible amount of time, i.e months, or asking me first.
