File transfer is still chaotic but start well.
I've done a TCP dump during transfer. It's seem that TCP window fill up and
it's why transfer stop and speed going down.
Sometime transfer restart, sometime just hang.

Just to be sure: window size value in TCP packet is the window size
available from emitter ?
