What was your problem? This is also a really high volume mail list and
sometimes I delete ones I shouldn't... I can't read all of them but I try
to get ones that stick out to me.

As far as support goes there is the mailing list archives on
www.freebsd.org which I have found incredibly valuable on occasion.
Especially if no one answers your question. I came here as a newbie and
found myself needing help and these guys generally did a great job
addressing my problems considering none of us are paid to do it.

Regardless of how Greg's question answering criteria are set up <no
 offense
to Greg... he's a busy guy> I wouldn't expect anyone else to have such
 high
 standards.

If you do choose to leave FreeBSD behind and search for an alternative
Unice due to frustration I hope that maybe in the future you will come
 back
as this is exactly what I did. :) And I haven't had any reason to regret
having made the move from Linux to FreeBSD.

Just my $.02 on the issue.

 Dave

PS: Again what was your problem? You can email me directly if you'd
 like
and I will see if I can help you directly or point you in the right
 direction.
