Dear Mr:

I would like to propose two possible articles:
- ppp access from Linux Red Hat home computer to ISP with Windows NT 4.0
server;
-installation of several operational systems including Linux on the same
computer.

The first article is a set of practical recommendations and
instructions for installation of ppp dial-up Internet access from a home
computer under Linux Red Hat 5.0 to ISP with a server under Windows NT
4.0 . This article is for Linux beginners. As you know this problem is
not a simple and deals with MS CHAP or PAP correct authentication. As I see
a lot of people have questions with this task (i.e. please look to
www.dejanews.com with a search key "ppp and nt") . The article competely
describes all needed procedures for ppp installation and dial-up access to
Windows NT 4.0 server with Route and RAS.

The second article is a set of practical recommendations and
instructions for an installation of several operational systems (i.e.
Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT.40, Linux) on the same computer with
dial-up Internet access from an every system. The base is a System
Commander. I work under this system during one year with very stable
results and without any crashes.

        Several words about myself:
ph.d., associated prof., a speciality - computers, worked at Kiev
Polytechyc Institute as associated prof., at USA embassy (USIS) in Ukraine
as computer specialist and LAN system manager. LAN courses at BONN
(Germany, U.S.Embassy, 3 weeks) with USIA serificate, computer consulations
at Vienna (U.S. Embassy, Regional USIA computer center, one week). Now -
with IREX in Ukraine (U.S. organization) as a computer specialist and LAN
system manager. I have two books including a text-book for students and a
lot of scientific articles (but in Russian). My network interests and a
practice in a Novell, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 95, Linux Red Hat 5.0

Please send conditions of collaboration to:
        valuisky@kyiv.irex.org.

Thanks and regards.
Vyacheslav Valuisky.
