  Modified files:
    en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/introduction chapter.sgml
  Log:
Remove Blue Mountain Arts, Supervalue, and JMA Wired from the list of
large websites running FreeBSD. I don't believe any of these are
particularly large, nor is there any recent evidence that they run
FreeBSD. It's not even clear to me that these domains belong to the
same companies as when they were added to this list in 2002.

Add Rambler, second largest web properties in Russia.

Add a new section, about devices and products built on FreeBSD. Add
Apple, Cisco, Juniper, and NetApp to that list.
