  FAQ:  the CGI.pm that is in the tree is the one that comes with the
version of Perl that is in the tree.  It is not going to be separately
maintained.  When the bug fixed perl 5.6 is available (right now?), and
imported into the tree, whatever CGI.pm (if any) is included with it will
be in the tree.
