This doen't work, but make FLAVOR=3Dpy37 or make USES=3D'python:3.7 tar:xz'=
 works
fine in my FreeBSD 11.1 environment. In databases/py-sqlite3/Makefile, USES=
 is
set to 'python tar:xz'. 'make USES=3Dpython3.7' overrides it.
