Yes, you can only have one of lang/gcc and lang/gcc46 installed (and they are basically the same right now until lang/gcc moves to GCC 4.7 soon hopefully). And the two ports _should_ properly conflict. I recommend removing gcc46 and everything should be fine. And if anyone sees a problem with the CONFLICTS, please advise so that we can tighten them.
