 Yes, it does.
 
 I just generated a panic with a -STABLE system as of July 12, 2003 by
 loading if_rl on top of a kernel with support for rl(4) compiled in.
 
 A basic analysis is attached, I can try to put the core online and will
 do further analysis if desired.
