I have a similar notebook, and I' happily running it with the following
lines in /boot/loader.conf:

hw.cbb.start_memory=3D0xd8000
hw.pci.link.LNKA.irq=3D11
hw.pci.link.LNKB.irq=3D11
hw.pci.link.LNKC.irq=3D11
hw.pci.link.LNKD.irq=3D11

IRQ 11 is configured as a "PCI interrupt" using the DOS ThinkPad
Configuration Utility, but I think IRQ 11 is the default.

Hope this helps,
