see the isdnd man page. If you use -l and -L then it will log to the
file you specify. Otherwise it uses syslog, so it depends on what you
have in your /etc/syslog.conf.

I have:
	local0.info;local0.debug                        /var/log/isdnd.log
so log output lands in /var/log/isdnd.log.
