prboblem packets appeared on our network, after that all of our FreeBSD 4.3 machines hangs (even non answer vrom console)
all other versions (3.3RELEASE, 4.0STABLE, 4.1RELEASE)just reports in messages log: /kernel: arp: ether address is broadcast for IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx! and, may be, slows down, but stays operatable.

we got that problem during work with Multitech VOIP200 voice gateway (or software shipped with it)
