This guy, as well as, a number of other of spammers who have hit our
mailing lists are in RBL. MAPS (http://mail-abuse.org) offers a free
subscription to non-profits. Considering that they run FreeBSD I'm sure
they would work with us. This would not stop all the spammers on our lists
but it would catch a lot of them.
