# mount -t cd9660 /dev/whatever /wherever
# cd /wherever/XFree86-3.1
# sh extract.sh

Be aware that this script will try to have a dialogue with you, but
probably on the wrong virtual terminal; you'll have to ALT-F2 over to
the other terminal to see what it's trying to say.

# umount /wherever
