I do.  :)

>From the section "Submitting the port", you are instructed to
submit to us the files described before, namely Makefile,
pkg/DESC, pkg/COMMENT files/md5, and pkg/PLIST.  You should not
submit the actual files that compose the program Rise/2 (in this
case, the binary files you gave us).

You should also read the section entitled "Install additional
documentation".
