Check this out .  I told the sys admin about it and they haven't done 
anything about it :
I thought 0% cpu was something to rectify ?

Is this something to worry about?  It's been like this all day.
I have also seen this on my freebsd server and have
alsways ran ps -aux to see the culprits.  Usually killing the 
hog process.
