I'm not submitting a PR since (a) I haven't investigated this in any detail whatsoever, and (b) I know 3-STABLE isn't officially supported by the ports anymore. So I'll just report the outline: Building the x11/gnomelibs port fails on 3.5-STABLE due to the fact that the graphics/libungif dependency is somehow not honoured.
