Yes, I know that, and I did in fact rebuild both the world (to make sure any includes were updated0 *AND* pidentd. No dice. It returns both bogus port numbers and "UNKNOWN-ERROR" to valid requests. Something *significant* has changed in a structure somewhere that the pidentd code is unable to deal with.
