Seeing this on multiple applications and on multiple VM's.

We've seen this happen on our mail servers running Dovecot & Exim (both soc=
ket
types stuck in CLOSED; tcp6 ports 25, 110, 143, 4190, etc), we've also seen
this with Apache 2.4 (port 80).
