There is no need for approval in this particular case, because patch added doesn't
touch *any* file used in mozilla build/install/run process. As I said in the
commit message, this patch required for the mozilla-embedded port because the
mozilla-embedded doesn't have its own patches and uses ${WRKSRC} created by the
main mozilla port.
