well, as written, was regularily and without trouble updated, besides
what was refused ( see refuse_file :( oops ): ) and here for the first time it
wants something.
think I will just change my old portstree including the index and all db
files for the portshier I just downloaded from freebsd.org  and run a new
portsdb -uU etc. 
should work ?!
