You need to rerun marcusmerge.sh at the everytime when you update your  
ports tree by CVSup.

Ahh, good catch, thanks for report. We will have to add PORTEPOCH in  
marcuscom. I can commit it after school, unless someone beat me.

Should be no big deal if you run marcusmerge.sh at the everytime you  
update your ports tree by CVSup.
