I'm saving this message because I think I know where I can get my hand
on some RealTek based Fast Ethernet cards.  I have no idea just which
RealTek chip I saw on them (quick glance), but more than likely it is
one of the above.  I'll let you know if/when I get ahold of a card and
test it.
