After unclean shutdown, system boots and work properly. After some time
any processes triing to write was blocked in suspfs state.
fsck_ufs process was blocked in suspwt state.

Killing blocked processes does not helps.

# ps alx | fgrep fsck_ufs

fsck_ufs -p -B /dev/ad0s3f

I can cure situation only be running fsck -y in single-user mode.
