https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=201055 Bug ID: 201055 Summary: [patch] graphics/gdal: bring back python support Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: sunpoet@FreeBSD.org Reporter: glebius@FreeBSD.org Assignee: sunpoet@FreeBSD.org Created attachment 157991 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=157991&action=edit the patch Hi! A big bunch of GDAL functionality is in python scripts, not only in binaries. That's why, I think, python should be restored and also enabled by default. Since GDAL is a kind of scientific software, I'd expect anyone running it already having python on their box, so make dependency footprint shouldn't be a big deal. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
